Steve Green

Game Designer, Particle Artist, and Hobbyist Modelworker

Steve Green is a software developer by day and a hobbyist game developer by night. He has more than a decade of modding experience under his belt, and a penchant for creating flashy particle effects. Recently, he’s taken up modeling in Blender to pick up a new skill.

Taking up a career in software development, Steve got his start as a Compliance Tester for Xbox 360 and Xbox One titles and applications. Moving on from there, and after a short stint as a paid tutor for programming students, he landed a job testing enterprise-level server hardware. Today, he sits behind a triple monitor setup developing and maintaining the test suite for the team.

His programming skills center around C++, C#, and Lua. Design-wise, he knows his way around Unity, Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.

When Steve is not working on a project, you’ll likely find him playing various sandbox games like Minecraft, Space Engineers, and Factorio. Alternatively, you’ll often see him playing platformers and metroidvania style games, like Celeste and Touhou Luna Nights.
